The Tachikoma and SAC Logo are (C) to Production I.G. and Masamune Shirow. The Beastmaster AF is (C) to Square-Enix.
This is a big of a conglomeration of things. I'm a big Ghost in the Shell fan. So much so that I have my hair cut and colored like Motoko's is in the Stand Along Complex series, so that is me there in this drawing. I also have BST af in FFXI, in fact, I also have a peice of BST Relic, so that's pretty true to form as well. The Tachikoma is supposed to be my Dennou Chogokin Tachikoma, which can ride on my shoulder and does have a cable that comes out of the back of the pod. The controller is as generic as I could get it, but mine is really translucent blue. It's hooking into a Dummy Barrier (if you don't know what that is, I sugest watching Stand Alone Complex). I altered the AF hat to make it look a little more like a military beret and put the SAC logo on it.
I did the initial doodle at work on a peice of old scrap paper, scanned it, and then did everything else in Image Ready (Yay for having old technology) on the Tablet PC. I didn't have the detail control I usually like because the origional doodle was small, and you can only enlarge so much before the scanner rebels. Anyway though, I like it. Surprisingly, I really like the how my Tachikoma came out. It's only 12 pixels big O.o;;. Initial sketch took about 30 minutes, rest took 3 hours.
